Return & Warranty Policy

This policy is effective starting September 1, 2023.

At Yuyujin, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and we stand behind them. To maintain our commitment to quality and integrity, we have established the following return policy.

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once a product has been purchased, it is considered a final sale. No returns will be accepted, whether due to a change of mind, product dissatisfaction, or any other reason, and no refund will be issued.

The only exception is in the event that a product is received in a damaged or defective condition. We will provide a replacement or arrange for a refund, but no return will be necessary. For warranty claims and reporting damaged or defective items, please email us at yuyujin@gmail.com with a claim of damage or defect and 3 images of the product that demonstrate the damage or defect.
